Article of the Day: Autonomous Truck Finished it's Trip
Good news if you love self-driving cars, bad news if you are a truck driver. Daimler's semi-Autonomous truck was just sucessfully tested on the German Autobahn, owing to its Highway Pilot system. There is a human driver, but the truck itself steers, brakes, and accelerates. Daimler shows that this technology is basically production ready, helping drivers handle those long monotonous highways.
