Article of the Day: Nevada is Ground Zero for EV's

The sunny state of Nevada has just approved a $335 Million incentives package for Faraday Future, a Chinese Electric Car star-up backed by Chinese billionaire Jia Yueting, wanting to bring an EV to showrooms by 2017. After being rejected in states like California, Georgia, and Louisiana, Faraday is spending $1 Billion on a North Las Vegas factory, which the founder says can bring up to 4,500 jobs. The state is also hosting a battery manufacturing plant by Tesla, luring it in by offering $1.25 Billion in tax incentives, zero sales tax for 20 years, no payroll tax for 10 years, as well as other incentives. The Tesla plant would be completed by late 2020, worth $5 Billion dollars, one of the world's largest buildings. Nevada seems ready to enter into the world of electronic vehicles, and willing to give incentives in order to secure future jobs and income as well. What do you think of the deal between Faraday, Tesla, and the state of Nevada?
